Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at trendzcollection.pk@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Only unstitched items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Stitched or ready-to-wear items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued if the product does not match the video shown. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
