Cash on Delivery:

  • If the order is above Rs 15000 then we will require advance of Rs 2500.
  • No permission to open parcel before payment.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 24 hours business days.
  • International orders take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier FedEx, or Carrier Sky Net and we ship within 24 hours business days no sooner we receive the update from our payment gateway regarding the payment status.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

 

Shipping cost:

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders above PKR 12,000/- (Nationwide)
  • Orders under PKR 12,000/- will be charged for shipping depending on your location. You will get to know the shipping charges at checkout.

 

Shipping updates: 

  • On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites for local and international orders respectively, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Return policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at trendzcollection.pk@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Only unstitched items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Stitched or ready-to-wear items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued if the product does not match the video shown. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
