Orders under PKR 12,000/- will be charged for shipping depending on your location. You will get to know the shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping updates:

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites for local and international orders respectively, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Only unstitched items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Stitched or ready-to-wear items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
